Pyrolysis Process

Fully automated continuous tyre pyrolysis plant designed to process 20-25 mm waste-tyre chips into valuable pyrolysis oil, char/carbon, and combustible gas through controlled oxygen-free thermal decomposition, featuring uninterrupted feeding, dual-stage condensation, syngas energy recovery, negative-pressure operation, advanced safety systems, and Siemens SCADA-based automation for efficient, consistent, scalable, and environmentally responsible waste tyre recycling.
